“My large dog had a foxtail in her ear at 7:05pm and our regular vet closed at 7pm. Veterinary medical center was able to get her in same day and home before 10pm. The front desk and phone staff was extremely helpful and I could tell every member of the team that worked with my dog knew everything about her case! The doctor, Dr Khan, was able to remove the foxtail under sedation and first sent the vet tech out to show me the foxtail and then the vet himself came out to tell me how the procedure went. They even deep cleaned both her ears while she was under at no additional charge! When my dog was ready to come home, a third staff member came to help me get her into the car and explained everything once more in case no one had told me yet. Overall great communication and very fair pricing!!”
