“Used these guys a couple of times. Pesky woodpeckers in the neighborhood, they came promptly and installed netting on the eves. One of the eves was 3+ stories up, so not for the feint of heart...“

“The person who did our termite inspection missed the termite frass in the house we were planning on buying. It was given the clear but during the final walk through I found termite frass on the corner of the room (I wasn’t there during the inspection). The first picture shows proof that there was stuff (likely frass) in the corner during our first time visiting the house proving the evidence WAS THERE. We just didn’t notice it because we were excited for the home. The next three pictures shows the frass found on the final walk through. Then the seller got another inspector to come and proved that there is an active termite infestation. Overall, a lot of headache would have been avoided if this were to be found during the inspection phase. We’re at risk for losing our deposit if we back out now. Imagine if it wasn’t found at all. The only saving grace is that he didn’t charge us the $150 for the initial inspection but still, missing evidence of an active termite infestation is terrible and losing $3,500 is worse than $150.“
