I have a difficult flat roof home, built in the early 50s. I got estimates from multiple big name roofing specialists, and was dismayed at the cost. They also suggested roofing products that were sub standard.Zumwalt customized my roof with exactly what I wanted, and nothing that I didn't ask for or need. They were on time, polite, and worked around my HVAC guys, all within a decent time to completion. I was very impressed at the results and actually look forward to this coming winter.

I am very satisfied with the reroof job Zumwalt and Associates did at my Rosemont home. Everything that had to be replaced because of dry rot was tied in very nicely with the existing framing. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a roofing company.

We have used Zumwalt Roofing on multiple occasions and they are VERY, VERY good. They are polite on the phone and very knowledgeable. When they came to the job site, they were on time and knew their stuff! In the end, their work was better than any other company I have ever used!
