“Really good experience with this company. My water heater just decided to fail after 22 years of faithful service. I scheduled 4 estimates and only water heater pros with the help of Brenda on the phone educated me on my ability to use a SMUD rebate program to save money while switching from a gas unit to a electric hybrid model. She explained everything in great detail prior to the in person estimate. I believe it was the owner of the company that came out to provide the estimate and it was a no pressure affair.
Bobby came out to do the installation and did a great job, it's a very nice and good looking install. he explained how to operate the unit after the install and left the garage clean. He was personable and professional.
The estimate was exactly what I paid and it cost 300 dollars less than the cheapest 1 to 1 gas replacement.
It really sucks when your hot water tank fails, but it helps when people explain everything and do a good job when replacing it.”
