I needed a couple of trees trimmed for electrical work being done at my home in Sacramento. This was right after one of the big storms. I spoke with Will, who came out, gave me a reasonable bid and said they would try to squeeze me in. They did within days. We also talked about future tree work on my property, and feel so lucky to have this great family owned business to rely on. I loved their honesty and dedication. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I requested several quotes but worked with William as I was able to follow his explanations of the work requested.I then had a very good experience with Sergio and his Bailey Tree Co crew. These men worked hard, knew their business, and left my lot cleaner than when they arrived.We were balancing some oak trees and I was in constant communication with the crew. Sergio was actually asking me about the removal of some limbs to achieve the proper balance. I agreed with his recommendations 99% of the time!And the young man climbing the tree knew his business was actually fun to watch.A very good experience.

I received an estimate today from William and he was a total peach! Super reasonable quote, and not only was William a peach to talk to, he saw that my packages were in the wide open (even though we've told amazon to hide them) and moved them for me so they wouldn't get stolen or rained on! Such a nice guy! Thanks for being a such a good human William!
