From the moment I was connected with ERC, I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz as my project manager. I truly feel fortunate to have had him assigned to my case. Jose was outstanding—he kept me informed with regular updates, often on a daily basis, and always took the time to explain my options thoroughly.
