For the first time, I’ve been asked to reflect on my passions and how to pursue them. The best part is that he doesn’t just talk about it, he holds me accountable. We literally sat down and made a list of things I might want to try, and he follows up with me about those piano lessons I mentioned or the flower arranging class I wanted to take. The results have already been quite impressive. In only 3 months I can see a notable change and I think this may be the first time ever that I am not hiding behind a cover up or shorts at the beach , I have more energy and focus than ever. Shawn has helped me understand that it isn’t just about “exercising”, sleep, nutrition, and pursuing passions are all part of the equation. He keeps every session interesting, and his compassion and genuine love for what he does make all the difference. He’s always exploring and doing deep dives into a wide variety of health and fitness topics, and he’s introduced me to many valuable tools and anti-aging practices. I highly recommend Shawn, for the price of a trainer I also have a nutritionist and life coach!
