200 S Los Angeles St Suite E, Los Angeles“The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.“

The instructors were great and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes they led. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!“
“Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.“

1641 Ellsmere Ave, Los Angeles“Ashlee is such a knowledgeable and supportive teacher. As someone new to Pilates (and reformer Pilates) I knew I was in good hands the moment Ashlee gave me specific feedback to work with my scoliosis. Her home studio is beautiful and provides a great space to work with the reformer outside of a group setting. I could feel my form improving over the course of our lesson. Ashlee is great!!“

12230 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles“I was resisting Pilates for years, but after intense spine surgery I relented to give it a try. After a year I can’t believe I waited so long to try it. Roxanne’s intuitive and expert eye identifies what my body needs to work on and has given me an education on a framework that I now bring to the gym, sitting at the office or simply a better way to walk. My experience with her and powerhouse studio has changed my life for the better.“

I absolutely love it! I love the cozy and intimate environment at Made By and all the teachers bring something different to ensure there’s a balanced experience for the body. Would highly recommend!“
“So Far.. so good... I Like that its only Memory care, so Im not dealing with Assistant Living people that are not trained for memory care. Although we are still in honeymoon treatment. Ill come back in 3 months.“

“Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. The location for me is perfect, and I appreciate that each instructor that I’ve taken a class with has made it their own. I started doing Pilates at this studio and I feel they’ve really made me a Pilates convert. I have no interest in looking for another studio, and will be coming here as long as I’m in Koreatown!
I am leaving this review both to share some praise for Kore Pilates, as well as to share feedback:
- I wish there were more classes for beginners. Only having 1 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday is limiting. Actually more classes on the weekend in general, I would love a mid day class on Sunday.
- On the same note, I have had an experience a few times now where I sign up for a beginners class, the instructor notices that most students have taken a class before, proceeds to ramp up the difficulty. Sometimes I join the beginner class just to focus on technique (and so I’m not sore the next day).“

8818 Saturn St, Los Angeles“After my initial consultation with Vivie, it was clear she is a true professional with an expert understanding of her field. I felt significantly better after just our first session. As someone dealing with fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis, I know it will be a long journey, but I am already experiencing improvements in mobility and flexibility. Marcia, the massage therapist, is also outstanding--her expertise and warm bedside manner make each session a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking relief and improved well-being. Highly Recommended for Pain Relief and Wellness“

7:15AM - 12:30PM
8231 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“The best pilates studio in LA, my first class was Heated full-body burn with Natalli Reznik. Love her! the class was great, she's a great instructor, I loved her vibe and the music! My second class was with Abe Ahern, he is amazing, he is challenging and so professional, it was also a great class! The staff at the front desk one of them was really nice! but the other one was rude. She was not welcoming at all. When I was leaving I said thank you and smiled at her and she completely ignored me. I did not like that. But other than that, I do recommend this studio.“

731 S Spring St #600, Los Angeles“I'm here for the weeks unlimited ($25) 5.22-29th. First impression: I like it a lot. It's a wonderful space of rooms teaching both heated and non-heated classes sans humidity. The word serenity comes to mind. As soon as you come in you are immediately greeted with a precipitous staircase and a embedded bronze placard proceeding warning you to "watch your first step". There are some commercial entities that have mastered the art of environment. Places where as soon as the door closes behind you shutting out the city bustle you've left behind you are almost transported to another place. I've not yet been to a space accomplishing this better than Boheme Yoga.I will of course update this as the week progresses. But they also teach pilates here so already, having had my very first P class ever only today, I'm a little in love with this place. It is what you think of when you imagine yoga studios: Discreet, quietly dignified and powerful in its certainty of being just exactly what it is: I tranquil place for serious minded yogis to come further stretch push and condition their bodies. All of them claim it, this feels already, as if it's actually accomplished and provided a safe space where perhaps there could actually be a 'community' of like minded people who do more than just sweat and endure together.Everyone here also seemed to have invested in good quality mats (as opposed to the yoga interlopers who've not yet decided if this is for them a short-term indulgence or life-long lifestyle commitment). And boy, not for nothing, but after corepoweryoga it was just nice to see a green lit water filter again. lol“

The studio is vibey, Carina had a great playlist and her attention to the aforementioned details was impeccable. She offered a class that was the perfect combination of challenging and motivating and I left feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend and suitable for all skill levels.“

“Great class, low intensity / slower paced but challenging at the same time. Loved how the instructor led the class - even toned, clear directions, good pacing. Also very pleasant staff. Will definitely go again.“
