“Joining The Lotus Method was the best thing I did for my mind and my body during my second pregnancy, I only wish I'd joined during my first. Everyone I trained with (Becka, Caitlin, Hayley and Ashley) were exceptional. A little about each of them, Becka gave me the warmest welcome in my first few sessions and brought me onboard. She's friendly, knowledgeable and relatable - a great beginning to an incredible journey. I then had the honor of training with Caitlin (the founder and owner of TLM). Not only is Caitlin an expert in the field and completely dedicated to her craft, she was also pregnant at the time and we got to go through that experience together. Not to mention she's a badass woman business owner and mom, talk about #goals. When Caitlin went out on mat leave I met Hayley. Hayley is the most encouraging and uplifting trainer I've ever worked with, she is so supportive and you can actually hear the pride and excitement in her voice when you get your breath right or knock out a tough workout. I enjoyed every session with her and felt like I not only got a great workout but also made a friend. Lastly, I had a few sessions with Ashley and she will make you work work work! But the whole time you'll be chatting and laughing and having a blast. You truly can't go wrong with any trainer at TLM because Caitlin only brings in the best! I'm grateful to you all.Outside of the exceptional team, TLM helped me get my body to where it needed to be to enjoy every minute of my pregnancy and birth. Gone were the aches and plantar fasciitis that I experienced in pregnancy number one. I felt strong, empowered, and protected through every trimester. TLM works with you to meet you where you're at on your pregnancy journey, they cater to your needs, the trimester you are in, your energy level that day, and they are always willing to make adjustments for you and/or push you when you need it. I felt strong and confident going into labor and the push breath they taught me had my baby out in no time!I will recommend TLM to everyone I know heading into their pregnancy journey and I can't wait to get back to class to help heal during postpartum.“

“Nadia is such a competent trainer, keeping my workouts varied and challenging in just the right way. I have injuries that she competently works around, keeping me training hard enough to strengthen me, but not hurt me. I like the facility, everything I need there, and centrally located for easy gym runs when the mood/time strikes. She mixes science based testing to help me gauge my progress. I am doing really well at this gym. I highly recommend her for all ages.“

“I found my place! I dislike gyms but really needed to step up my physical activity. The program is quick and you get a great workout in 30 mins. The staff and coaches are so nice and you feel very comfortable around others that are in the same shape as you. Not a competitive vibe at all. All women. I love how they mix up the routine so it's not predictable and boring. And I sign up for classes so there's accountability. They are willing to discuss a calorie plan and diet tips as well. Love my new gym!!!“

“As a client of Chad, I was immediately taken by his knowledge of human anatomy and his responsiveness to the needs and desires of his clientele. So much more than a trainer, Chad is able to determine "where you are" in terms of your baseline condition and develop a plan. He will help you to achieve your ultimate goals in health and fitness if you are committed to that plan and the incremental steps as well. I found his approach very safe and sensible, beginning with an intake assessment which simply required that I follow a couple demonstration videos that he made conveniently available online. In the follow-up personal consultation, he discussed my health history, reviewed the results of the assessment and presented a plan for conditioning. He will ensure that you have core strength and stability first before moving forward. He was very kind to demonstrate the exercises and explain the logic behind them, so it was total "buy-in" from my standpoint! Chad's a real professional. Trained as a therapist and educator, he's articulate and easy-going. Reach out to him for an assessment or to move your fitness, athletic training or state-of-mind to a whole new level!“

“I began working out with Elisa several months after a severely broken arm and subsequent surgery left me feeling extremely out of shape and broken. I have a long history as an athlete, including in college and in my 20s and early 30s, but had been very sedentary since having my three children. The fall I took was the wake up call that I needed to prioritize my health and fitness.Elisa did an amazing job adapting my workouts to my arm as I healed and the work we did complemented the work I was doing with my physical and occupational therapists at Kaiser to help my range of motion return more quickly. I paid for my two of my favorite residential tenants to receive personal sessions with him and my renters could not believe how effectively and efficiently D.J.' utilized both time and space, created a challenging workout for them on- the- spot, helped them work on trouble issues, and helped them discovered spare muscles they didn't know they even had! They both told me it was one of if not the best workout sessons and time they've ever spent.“

“Very good place to exercise. Scott is always giving a different set of exercises so you always work out all the muscles. There is outdoor classes and zoom classes. I enjoy a lot going to the classes. And during these pandemic times he is ensuring safety amongst the students and providing sanitizers for each station. It's been great!“
