I love this workout. For years I've been trying to find a workout I can do without hurting my back. My alignment is off, so most workouts I've tried trigger my back and/or my neck. I've been doing it for a few months and no back problems. I love how I'm getting my muscles back, I feel invigorated when I leave their office, and I really enjoy the staff and clients. I couldn't be happier.
Vasper is a game-changer! I love how quick and low-impact the sessions are, yet the physical benefits and boost in energy are massive. Vivian runs a fantastic studio - definitely worth five stars!!!
