My recent bone density study proves my bone density increased in my spine and hips compared to 2 years ago. I attribute this to taking calcium and vitamin D3 and the weight bearing gyrotonic movements I practice once a week at The Flow Space. Aging gracefully with ease, comfort and grace is possible at the Flow Space. Highly recommend

I love this place!!! Just signed up after moving here from Houston and Sarah was beyond sweet regarding explaining the packages. My first class was with Matt and I did poses I never thought were possible for me. I can't wait until my next class. I could lay in a savasana forever!!! Do you yourself a favor and get over there!!!!

What is wonderful about The Flow Space is how it's been able to adapt to shelter in place regulations by providing gyrotonic instruction that, without specialized equipment, leaves me at the end of our hour together as invigorated and free of movement (and tired!) as live sessions did previously. Erica's flexible, undogmatic problem solving and storehouse of exercises and techniques - which have always helped her address specific injuries and weaknesses of mine - have made the zoom sessions she's offering now as beneficial as studio sessions always were.She has a really easy and self-deprecating manner, too, which always make me look forward to our next appointment.
