I love this club. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and coach you to do the exercises correctly. As a result I am stronger and as the name promises more fit! Mary and Dave and the trainers create a friendly culture so it is actually fun to work out in the company of good people.

Fit Club is the best investment I've made for my health. The trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to everyone in the small group sessions. They offer alternative movements in the workout as needed, for those with specific issues, which is much appreciated by all. I have been a member for more than 10 years now and it has been a saving grace for my body. Not only is it a gym but it's a community of like- minded women. I have made several close friends there!Helen D.

I LOVE Fit Club for Women! It's an incredibly great exercise studio that is warm and supportive but also challenges each individual's fitness level. I like the small group training classes where we do strength training for 30 min and then work out aerobically on elliptical, treadmill, bikes or even Peleton bikes for another 30. You can also choose to work out in group fitness classes for 50-60 minutes or do yoga. Trainers and managers alike know each person and go out of their way to make the experience at Fit Club a wonderful one each and every day. I highly recommend Fit Club for Women!
