I have injuries that she competently works around, keeping me training hard enough to strengthen me, but not hurt me. I like the facility, everything I need there, and centrally located for easy gym runs when the mood/time strikes. She mixes science based testing to help me gauge my progress. I am doing really well at this gym. I highly recommend her for all ages.“

I have a long history as an athlete, including in college and in my 20s and early 30s, but had been very sedentary since having my three children. The fall I took was the wake up call that I needed to prioritize my health and fitness.Elisa did an amazing job adapting my workouts to my arm as I healed and the work we did complemented the work I was doing with my physical and occupational therapists at Kaiser to help my range of motion return more quickly. I am stronger now than I have been in over 10 years and my balance is greatly improved (no more falls!). I look forward to continuing to work with Elisa to keep getting stronger.“

The technology is amazing, impressive, and science based. Vivian is warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I feel a difference in my core (which is resulting in lower golf scores) and the structure and accountability are delivering a consistency with valuable exercise that I've struggled FOR YEARS to find. I give Vitality for Life my highest recommendation and, even though I don't know you, I think you might owe it to yourself to check it out.“

I enjoy a lot going to the classes. And during these pandemic times he is ensuring safety amongst the students and providing sanitizers for each station. It's been great!“

I paid for my two of my favorite residential tenants to receive personal sessions with him and my renters could not believe how effectively and efficiently D.J.' utilized both time and space, created a challenging workout for them on- the- spot, helped them work on trouble issues, and helped them discovered spare muscles they didn't know they even had! They both told me it was one of if not the best workout sessons and time they've ever spent.“

This is the first type of exercise that has not hurt me after many injuries in my life. I'm very grateful to her and to have found Gyrotonics. I highly recommend her. Her studio is as peaceful as she is, and though I'm strengthening my body with her help, I feel like I'm restoring it as well. I always leave feeling calmer and more at peace while stronger and walking taller.“

“The Lotus Method has a great offering for pregnant, and post natal women (although they seem to have several clients that just keep coming long after having a baby because they enjoy it). The workouts are tailored to your fitness level/capabilities and your stage of pregnancy. I've been doing both personal training and group classes there for 7 months now and have been so happy to have challenging workouts to build strength while pregnant, in a safe way. I've always felt like the exercises have been thoughtfully selected to help prepare for / manage through the physical changes of pregnancy, and the instructors are great. Shoutout to Ashley and Chris, who are both wonderful. The Lotus Method also has a nice community of members that are all super friendly. Highly recommend :)“
