Do it STAT. Tell your friends too. Mike spent way more time on "my full assessment" than several prior PT's. Then he explained WHAT was holding me back and STARTED ME ON A NEW PATH at once. This was so different - it WORKED and I made REAL PROGRESS. How about leaping from 1/4 mile walking to 3 or 4 MILES/DAY with a smile on my face? Sure, it took a few weeks and some work. Along the way, Mike would constantly ask, listen, watch, suggest, and have me TRY stuff I'd never done. He always asked "does THIS little change help John?" Assisting my parents has really opened my eyes to the importance of healthy aging; and caused me to put into practice all the things you’ve taught me.
I pretty much stopped drinking caffeine on 6 weeks ago and my new go-to is always herbal tea. There’s a bonus - since I’m no longer addicted to caffeine, there are some mornings when I don’t even have my tea and I don’t miss it at all. (any idea how much money this has saved me at Starbucks?) ?
I decided to push the envelope further and make sure that all the water that goes in my body is alkaline. (with the exception of when I go out of course.)
Desserts are simply gone.
When I do ingest unhealthy sugar, it’s something tiny (like my juice+ bar) but now I’m cognizant of how much I’m putting inside my body.
I’ve only had three alcoholic beverages in the past 6 weeks and I stopped smoking weed a week ago.
I feel amazing and clearheaded and this is because of things that you’ve taught me!
In addition to the impact you have had on me emotionally and psychologically by being one of the smartest, strongest and amazing people I’ve ever met, you have also had a direct impact on my physical life.

I had the pleasure of having Harmony as an instructor last week - she was excellent! She was super motivating, energetic, thorough, and I left there exhausted. The time always goes by fast at Trim Fitness and I wake up the next morning sore in spots I've never been sore. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my shape and posture. The instructors have the best playlists too!“

Five months later, I really appreciate Phil for personal training because he knows more than your average personal trainer. He is a well qualified trainer and a licensed physical therapist with a phd. He not only treats his clients but gives them information to make better choices in improving their health. His office is very clean and comfortable. Phil only uses state of the art equipment for his clients and patients. He offers individual care and training each time. His bedside manner is great and professional. I like that he listens and works with your health issues. Being an older woman starting out in strength training, I did not want to just go to the gym and work on equipment incorrectly with improper form. Previous injuries discouraged me from going back. My strength and health has improved since I've been training with Phil and he has made me a fan of exercising again!“

I had never tried Crossfit before and head coach Connor was incredible at teaching me and informing me on proper technique for the movements used in class. The gym is very welcoming and the sauna and cold plunge amenities outside are incredible. The classes are very well taught by every coach and the programming for the workouts is outstanding. There is a strong sense of community at this gym and the owner, coach Gizzi, is super nice and does a great job at creating this fun and supportive community.
