I have been working out at A7 for a year now and can safely say that both trainers I’ve worked with, Alec and Anastasia, are excellent trainers. They’re patient, methodical and keep track of progress meticulously. I feel safe in their hands and have truly enjoyed the progression I’ve made with them! Highly recommend!

Alek is the BEST for my pre-race needs! I am an avid runner (who doesn’t stretch as much as she should) and Alek gets me in top shape for my races. He is a master at his craft and I always leave feeling amazing!

I had a stretching & HyperVolt massage session with Alek. He was very nice, knowledgeable, listened to my wants/needs and provided helpful tips. Would recommend! It’s a nice intimate personal training gym.
