Highly recommend F45! The coaches truly care about the members and there’s super fun music to workout to! They have lots of time slots during the day from 5am-5:30pm. The HIIT workouts go by quickly and are always changing, so you never get bored. There are TV’s with the correct form for each exercise, so it’s easy to follow. The community is awesome and the workouts are something I look forward to everyday!

I travel for work and go to many different studios and this F45 really stood out to me. I went to one of the 7am classes and coach G was so amazing! His energy was contagious and the music choice was perfect for a cardio class. Also the studio was very clean. They also have two showers which is important if you are someone who likes to leave to work from the gym. The manager was also super kind! I highly recommend this studio.

As a stay-at-home mom, finding time for myself can be challenging, but attending this 45-minute group workout class has been an absolute game-changer. The strong sense of community here is truly uplifting and motivating. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, making every session enjoyable.
