BEST F45 IN SOUTH OC! I'm not surprised this place already has such good reviews! I love this location, I'm always excited to come to workout because everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coaches are excellent. Sandra, Caelan, Logan, David, and Kelly are AWESOME! When you attend the same time class every day, you get to know the same people which is nice. Always positive energy, and always leave feeling good If you have a myzone, you can connect to their screens and track your heart rate and all that. The place is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition.

Excellent workout facility and fun staff / coaches!!!I tried the 7 day trial at this location and from the very first day the team has been so welcoming! The studio is well managed and clean. The energy is great and all coaches were super supportive with teaching you the proper techniques. Don't be intimidated by this style of workout - this studio will get you motivated to keep working on your fitness goal and to continue to join the greater F45 family!! Love it there

F45 is such a phenomenal workout. I've always struggled with gym consistency but since I've joined at this location, it has been so easy for me to get up and go work out. Dare I even call myself a gym girlie? lol I love the workouts no matter how challenging, the coaches, and community. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive, and I appreciate how all the coaches drive and motivate their classes that it really does make you forget about the outside world and everything that comes with it.
