OC Sports & Rehab Foothill Ranch

I’ve had an outstanding experience at OC Sports & Rehab. Michael and Dennis have been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and effective. They really focus on my TMJ and neck rehabilitation needs, and every visit they give me new exercises that feel targeted and genuinely helpful. I’ve already noticed major improvements in my TMJ function, posture, and neck tension. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and patient‑focused care make this clinic truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Absalon is a super conscientious, hard working and skilled therapist. I went a year without getting any lasting results with acupuncture, chiropractic and massage, but it only took a few visits with Absalon before I started noticing positive improvements in my condition. Abasalon and the entire team are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodate your needs. I feel blessed to have found this amazing team at O.C. Sports.

So thankful to the OC Sports & Rehab team for helping me heal my injured shoulder. Appointments are timely, staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The therapy has made a huge difference in my quality of life and would highly recommend their practice for anyone experiencing pain or injuries.
