“If you need HVAC work of any kind, Bryan Heer of McMaster Mechanical is your guy! In 2022 he installed a new Bosch heat pump heating and cooling system in our house. We had 5 companies give estimates and recommendations. All of the other 4 used "rules of thumb" to "calculate" the size system we needed, and all of them were wrong. All of the other 4 tried to get us to move the location of the air handler to our attic, which is very difficult to access to change air filters, because the installation was easier for them. Bryan figured out how to install the Bosch air handler in the existing location, and even figured out how to increase the amount of return air for the system without any construction, which all of the others said was not possible without a lot of demolition. Bryan also took the time to actually calculate our heating and cooling load, and reduced the size of our compressor by one ton--saving us money and making the system more energy efficient. Both the city inspector and the efficiency tester said "wow" when they saw the quality of Bryan's work. We had a condensation link from a defective line (not Bryan's fault). He came out and fixed it. We offered to pay and he declined saying it was under warranty. We are impressed with Bryan and McMaster Mechanical and strongly recommend this company.“

“I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.“
