The online scheduling was efficient and there was ample follow up letting me know when to expect the men to arrive, with texts showing me who was coming. Dominic Greep came to my home right on time. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He looked at the hot water tank and knew where the problem was. After fixing it he waited to see that the problem was not recurring and made sure I’ll have hot water the next day.
