“First of all, can’t say enough about Happy Camper from first contact with Jocelyn, to finished install, Michael, Eladio, Benjamin, and Roberto were top rate. Happy is in their name but also you can tell they really enjoy their profession. Michael came out to diagnose our situation and provided us with several options and even drew a diagram of the system so we could better understand the situation.

They went above and beyond in every aspect. Eladio expertly facilitated the installation, providing explanations at each stage in the process, and along with Serge completed final testing and explained how the system works. The previous install had some structural issues which Roberto expertly addressed, although it added time and sweat to his job.

The attention to detail by Happy Camper is top notch, and refreshing to experience, albeit rarely seen in this day and age. Benjamin was very patient as he walked a tech deficient veteran through the programming of the new thermostat. Lastly Juan, the owner came out twice to see if we had any questions and to check the installation, this is almost unheard these days. We will be using Happy Camper for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend! (in the photos everything silver is new and was not properly installed previously)“

“Varitek also fixed our A/C through a home warranty claim. They diagnosed the problem (which could have been a lot worse), explained what was happening with the unit, and got the needed parts replaced. There was a coolant leak, and they were able to isolate it to do the necessary repair. Xavier was sensitive to the fact that we had an elderly person living in the house, and. would need A/C soon due to her condition. Thank you Xavier!The repair team that came out worked efficiently to do this work order. I would definitely call them for additional work, or a new installation down the road.“

“Varitek was a second contractor that our home warranty sent out and they were LOADS better than the first company. Xavier and another technician came out and asked us questions (before arrival and upon arrival). They arrived within the time window and let us know in plain English what was happening and that it wouldn't be covered by our warranty. Their honesty and promptness got them hired to make the fix. Xavier was great with scheduling and arrived again within the time window and got us AC during the heatwave. We highly recommend and would use them again.“

Tommy said we don't need any of it -- just to get it serviced each year by someone honest. I recommend him very highly.
