Feb 15, 2024Technician in charge of our area, Joseph, has completed the thermostat replacement and adding family member to the Nest remote control system with much skills and lots of patience. He will send his feedback to Amana on the annoying noises associated with hardware start-up, and will follow-up with us in a week's time. Joseph has done a great job! Thank you.

Air CareSaver exceeded our expectations! Diane was pleasant, professional and clearly explained the process. I promptly received a text and email confirmation of the appointment. I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment time along with a picture of Joseph, the technician (loved this idea, customer can easily identify the assigned technician). Joseph also called, gave ETA and arrived as promised. Thank you Joseph for your patience with our questions, thorough explanations and the no-pressure recommendations.
