“I purchased a brand-new Rheem a/c and heating unit from Comfort Climate Control seven years ago. Since then, I neglected to have any routine maintenance service performed. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the fan continued to run even though I shut off the thermostat for the a/c. I contacted Connie at the office and explained the problem. She subsequently dispatched Abraham (tech) to do a diagnostic testing and evaluate any problematic areas. Later, Connie sent out Mark (tech) to reevaluate the situation and offer a second opinion. Finally, the office team decided that the motor needed to be replaced. Abraham returned two days later to replace the motor and perform heating maintenance. Even though the entire process some time, I am very satisfied with the outcome and direct my praises to Connie for being so courteous and helpful. I find Comfort Climate Control to be honest and reasonable in their billing, trustworthy in their workmanship, and highly knowledgeable in HVAC operations. They are deserving of the accolades coming their way!“

“Oh my, here I am again. Steve's is my Go-To HVAC Company. In May they got me back into my wife's good graces by getting our Home AC back up and running in record time. Today it was our 4-Plex in Rowland Heights. One of our Tenants reported their AC was not cooling. Late last night I sent a Text to Steve's Heating & Air Conditioning. By 9:00 AM this morning, I received word that our AC was once again up and running. A Happy Tenant makes for a Happy Landlord. :-) There fast and efficient service is Amazing. “I had an emergency issue with a shower faucet in one of my bathrooms, the handle broke off and water was not shutting off. I had to close the main water line and tried to shut down the shower valve myself. Unfortunately I could not. I called Accurate and was able to get a same day appointment! Dan and another plumber came out within an hour or so and they were able to replace the valve cartridge and reinforce the handle so it was sturdier. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I’m very grateful to Accurate and Dan and team for their quick response and very professional and efficient fix!!! I highly recommend Accurate for any of your plumbing needs!“

The work took several weeks to complete but the crew that worked in my home was nothing short of professional. Kelly was always kind and considerate to my family while working in and out of our home and provided consistent updates on our status.
