The technician Edward came to my house promptly on time and was very, very extremely professional and things like that mean a lot to me. He got right on it. I told him what it was, and he looked at it. Another technician had come by earlier and told me that I needed a whole new compressor, as Edward inspected it he came back in the house and says nope. You do not need a new compressor. He was very honest with me. It was a part few few things I was so relieved and felt so much better. I truly truly appreciate his honesty.

Lalo, the tech from Canyon Air, was incredible to work with. He was prompt in arriving to my home and provided a methodical approach to diagnosing our AC issues. Our home was having trouble cooling down to set temperature. Lalo diagnosed a broken valve component and suggested recommendations for repair. He also worked with the component manufacturer to get my part which was covered under warranty. On the day of repair, he was able to do the repair in a short amount of time while providing updates.
