“Our fourteen-year-old heating unit was making a noise we didn’t recognize, our air conditioner—same age—hadn’t been serviced in, um, years, and our thermostat (yup, fourteen), refused to accept that I HAD put in new batteries. It was time to call someone … but who?After some research, we settled on Sano, and I made the call.During the initial conversation with Justin, I felt confident I’d made the right choice. Informative, efficient, personable, and concise, Justin gave me pricing, what service they’d provide, scheduled a time, and thanked me for calling.Over the course of our service and installation of our new heating unit and thermostat, we met Stevie, Manny, Ivan, and Junior. We were impressed with, and confident of, them all! (And I’m certain you will be, too.)Each of them were just like Justin … informative, efficient, personable, and concise. They spent time answering our questions and provided an explanation of why the house was so dusty—and resealed all the vents so the dirt and dust in our attic from a reroofing wouldn’t blow out with the warm or cool air.They had respect for our home, our time, and our concerns, and they were all so pleasant and kind … I kind of miss them and their obvious sense of pride and dedication to their work.So, thanks to the Sano crew, we have a beautiful new heating unit, sealed vents, a tuned-up air conditioner, a thermostat that requires no batteries, and less dust! After another company had told us it would be impossible to replace our 1970s original furnace due to very limited space, we had lost all hope until we contacted First Response. When Ivan came out to assess the situation, he assured us that they could make it work. Communication with Brandon was easy, clear, and prompt; he made sure we understood all of our options so we were able to make an informed decision for our situation. Their crew arrived right on time, were very polite and professional, and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our new AC and furnace system. Mark and his crew are very professional and abide by safety protocols, like placing non-slip material on stairs and sealing the work area to isolate any dust particles. Very pleased with the end result and now we can use the extra space for storage. Also looking forward to the energy savings regarding the reduced heating and cooling cost thanks to Mark and his team!! I highly recommend them for your attic project as well.“

“Everyone at CALCOMS was helpful, courteous, and professional from start to finish. Owner Mike was able to come out same-day to quote repair for a nearly 40-year-old Trane Executive A/C. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of our (many) questions. The repair quote was reasonable, but newer units are so much more efficient that we also asked for replacement quotes. We decided on a new systemwhich was installed in less than a week! Mike also came back after a few weeks to make sure everything was working as expected and to address any follow-up questions. Now everything is cooler, quieter, and cheaper as our electricity bill is way down. “I had an emergency issue with a shower faucet in one of my bathrooms, the handle broke off and water was not shutting off. I had to close the main water line and tried to shut down the shower valve myself. Unfortunately I could not. I called Accurate and was able to get a same day appointment! Dan and another plumber came out within an hour or so and they were able to replace the valve cartridge and reinforce the handle so it was sturdier. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I’m very grateful to Accurate and Dan and team for their quick response and very professional and efficient fix!!! I highly recommend Accurate for any of your plumbing needs!“
