I had an emergency issue with a shower faucet in one of my bathrooms, the handle broke off and water was not shutting off. I had to close the main water line and tried to shut down the shower valve myself. Unfortunately I could not. I called Accurate and was able to get a same day appointment! Dan and another plumber came out within an hour or so and they were able to replace the valve cartridge and reinforce the handle so it was sturdier. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I’m very grateful to Accurate and Dan and team for their quick response and very professional and efficient fix!!! I called at 9am and they did the best they can to come at 11am which I appreciate. My fuse box outside of the building was tripped and Kenny helped resetting. I was a little disappointed that he didn't go through and check for the reason why it was tripped though.*** Modified this rating to 5 as Jeff called and walked through the steps over the phone to find the reason why it was tripped. I appreciate their good customer service.

Zack was personable and professional. He spent a lot of time trying everything to get it working. He deterred what the problem and today he brought the part and my furnace is working. I’m finally warm again. I highly recommend him if you need yoyr furbace fixed.
