Technician JAIME did a fantastic job, he thoroughly explained the HVAC maintenance process for my system and gave my entire system a tuneup it needed. I would recommend Marathon to others.
I've used Marathon multiple times over the past several years for both my AC and heater. They are prompt, trustworthy, friendly, and easy to schedule/communicate with. Jaime is an excellent technician, and Tomas, David, and Cesar did a great job installing our new HVAC system on our less-than-convenient rooftop. Thank you, Marathon!
I have been dealing with Design Air for the past 3 years and am currently a VIP member. My service guy Leo Zepeda is very knowledgeable and professional and has always been very kind and efficient everytime he's completed my servicing. It is wonderful to have such diligent employees and caring people working for you. Design Air recently merged with Marathon Hvac. Now they have expanded their service area in the Inland Empire.
