“The technician Edward came to my house promptly on time and was very, very extremely professional and things like that mean a lot to me. He got right on it. I told him what it was, and he looked at it. Another technician had come by earlier and told me that I needed a whole new compressor, as Edward inspected it he came back in the house and says nope. You do not need a new compressor. He was very honest with me. It was a part few few things I was so relieved and felt so much better. I truly truly appreciate his honesty.”
