Andrew K. came out in the rain today for my maintenance check. He ran the check and then, since I’m doing a remodel, he took pictures, notes and set up an appointment for me to discuss my plans with the next technician. Andrew went above and beyond a regular maintenance check. Smart guy who cares about his work!

I appreciate that Air-Tech sends a photo of the technician who will be coming to service our units. Today it was with David Chen, who was punctual, courteous, and very professional.

Service call to upgrade thermostat on Mitsubishi heat pump. David was on time, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. A real pleasure.
