Great company and great service. Every interaction, every employee I’ve met, has been outstanding.Update: almost 5 years later and I stand by my original review. This is a very customer oriented company, but you can tell that they treat their employees very well too. Everyone has a great attitude and are skilled in their jobs. JW originally installed a new heat/ac unit and fixed some substantial ductwork problems that came with our house. We continue to use them for annual maintenance and we couldn’t be happier with the product or services.We also used them over the years for some electrical issues and have been equally happy with those services.

Our furnace had two problems--the occasional smell of gas outside the house and was sometimes sending lukewarm air through the registers. Alan (sp?) diagnosed our problem in about 5 minutes. He was also very willing to share his knowledge. I learned more about our HVAC system during Alan's short visit then I have with previous visits, over the last 20 years, from other companies.
