The team from Cypress Air and Heating (Ivan and Ted) arrived at the stated time and completed all inspection, repair, and replacement services in a timely and professional manner. They used drop cloths where needed and cleaned the work areas when finished. Kelly in the office even gave me an extra week to submit final payment so I wouldn’t lose interest on my CD that was maturing. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Cody did a great job assessing our AC unit. We have a rooftop unit and he was able to access. The news was not ideal but, he was most considerate in the best solution(s).
