AIR NOW HEATING & COOLING INC
“We had a great experience with Air Now Heating & Cooling and especially with Ray. He recently performed preventive maintenance on the HVAC systems at our school, and I was very impressed with how open, honest, and thorough he was throughout the entire process.
Our last documented preventive maintenance had been completed several years ago by another HVAC company. That service included replacing filters, cleaning the evaporator coils, and checking the operation of the units.
Ray’s service was much more comprehensive. In addition to replacing the filters and cleaning the evaporator coils, he also cleaned the condenser coils, checked and flushed the condensate drain lines, inspected the electrical components and thermostats, evaluated airflow, checked and replaced the capacitors as needed, and performed a complete system check on all of our units.
What stood out most was Ray’s transparency. He took the time to show me what he was finding, explain what needed attention, and walk me through what he was going to do. I never felt like he was trying to sell us unnecessary work.
The difference in the level of detail and care was very noticeable. Ray was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. We feel much more confident about the condition of our HVAC systems and will definitely be using Air Now Heating & Cooling again.
Highly recommend Ray and Air Now Heating & Cooling.”
