I've been maintaining my Locket hair extensions with Destiny for a year now. She's quick and very reasonably priced. The thing that I love about her is that she truly cares about her clients. She notices when I trim, tone, and highlight my hair even when the people I live with don't. This trait really shined when I was replacing my hair extensions since they were worn out. I was debating if I should order the preblended hair packs or a brown and a platinum blonde pack. She suggested to just order the brown and the platinum blonde because the preblended was unpredictable and she knew I liked to color my hair. When I saw the packs in person, I was really regretting my choice. I thought no way can this platinum blonde blend with my hair. This was until she gave me the mirror to see the progress, and I was pleasantly surprised. She worked her magic as a blending/extension specialist and made it work! Her placement was just chef's The end result is what I've been wanting for years, but didn't know how. Love Destiny's work and 100% would recommend for any hair needs!
I have been coming to Mercy’s Hairstylist for a couple of years, I was looking for a great stylist because I don’t want to change, and I am fortunate that I found Mercy. I love how she does my hair, I bring a picture of how I want it and she does it exactly. She takes the necessary time to do my hair, I don’t feel rushed like in other places. She is also very friendly and so is her staff.

Thanh is amazing! I have trouble with my hair because it seems to tangle in the back no matter how much I brush it. Thanh accommodated my last minute appointment request something I was expecting to be turned away. What I appreciated about her was that my hair was cut by another stylist and she said it looked uneven so she fixed it. Thanh was on her feet for a very long time. I felt so bad because I seen how exhausted she was and was probably ready to go home. She finished my hair & I was satisfied. It was more than I expected! She's very skilled in her work. After paying for her services, as I was walking away she still kept checking my hair to see if there were mistakes. Thanh is a perfectionist! She really cares about making sure her work is perfect and her clients are happy. She made me feel like a whole new person walking out of her salon. I will for now on get her services on my hair. I have full trust in her having my best interest at heart.
Called last minute hoping to get an appointment Denicia was able to squeeze me in thankfully! I have medium length hair but the style of braid I wanted needed some length. She showed me exactly which brand and length of braiding hair I should buy which made the process so much easier for me since this was my first time getting my hair braided. She walked me through pretty much the whole process, checked in on me to make sure nothing was too tight/painful. She was pretty gentle and her genuine, fun personality made the experience even better. I love the outcome, she perfected the style from my reference pic. Thank you again! I have got my hair done by Hairbydezzi multiple times I would say in the past 4 years and Dezzi always does such an amazing job everytime. She is super nice and professional. She will also make sure you are comfortable and is always so communicative when you have any questions regarding to what you would like to get done or even if you have questions regarding to any products for your hair. Came here to have Mark cut my 2yr old son's hair. It was his first time going to a barber. Appointment was easy to setup online. Mark was patient with my little guy and was great at checking what my son's vibe was going to be with have clippers buzzing at his head. Once he knew he could tolerate it, he went to work and gave my son the cleanest cut. He was getting so many compliments over the next weeks. Will definitely be coming back for all his cuts.
I went there for the first time with my two kids (6 & 10 yrs old). They loved the place as it is cozy, warm and comfortable. As per the hair cut, it went amazing for my picky kids and they loved their new styles. The barber was kind, patient and humble. As per pricing, you got to call to get an estimate. Lastly, its location may be hidden to those who are unfamiliar with Hayward. I would make sure I know exactly where is the shop before I make an appointment; as far as I know, there are no walk-ins.
I've been going to Jake for haircuts now for almost 10 years now (followed him through 3 shops). He's a great guy, and does an amazing cut every time. The first time I went in and met him, he was very helpful in showing me how to style a new style that I was trying out. Always great conversation and come out of the chair looking awesome. I will be going to Jake for as long as I possibly can as his cuts never disappoint!

I've been to Antonio's three times now. The chemistry between the three barbers and their clients is fun to see. The cross conversation, from sports to politics is entertaining on its own. The level of attention and the quality of service is top notch. I decided to try growing a beard, literally for the first time in my 65 years. Even though I only paid for a standard haircut, Maryjane spent almost as much time tending to tidying and shaping the new growth (believe me, I couldn't be more ignorant) as the actual haircut. And she spent plenty of time on that. Any number of times I would have thought we were done, yet she would attend to some detail I know I never would have noticed. Finally, and this ain't nothing, it's got the same vibe as the barbershop experience that I remember from when I was a kid.

Brang my son and nephew in for a last minute haircut on a Thursday afternoon, every barber had someone in the chair but I was still greeted promptly and was able to get them both cut in under an hour. I dealt with a barber upstairs and down stairs both were very friendly and I was happy with both haircuts will definitely be returning.

hands down the best barber shop in the Bay Area!!!!!!!! mohammed and his team always go above and beyond to give you an amazing hair cut. after gojng to the same barber for 15 year and moving to bay experimenting at a few place resulting in driving all the way to woodland for a hair cut i found these guys and now i am their every 2 weeks and have brought the whole family over and not a single disappointment always the best and freshest hair cut with a side of amazing barbershop talk. highly recommend!!

I absolutely love coming here because I always get good vibes and good work from them. The staff are all so wonderful! I love how they shape my nails to how I like them, but also listen to what I like/don't like and give me suggestions on what looks good. Everyone is always so friendly towards the customers and love having convos with you as you get work done. Makes the whole appointment more enjoyable. each time I come get acrylics here, they usually last me abt a month or over a month which is amazing bc no other salon I've been to made my acrylics stay that long. she also makes sure to ask if you like the shape and tries her best w the design and I respect her for that

Located inside Southland mall, across Jewelry store, Hobby Lobby, next to champs. Daughter and I going to Disney next week so we needed the bougie vacay nails . Quick 5 minute wait for daughter to get serviced while I waited about 10-15 minutes until other nail tech was available. We walked in, no appt needed. Prices start at $50, quoted $80 for her pick of red French tips with designed Bows. Mine : considered a fill with design -$70. 3% charge for using credit card. Service was fast, beautiful work done to our nails. Daughter liked her nails but said one hand looked better than other. Oh geez- teens Would visit again if in the mall & wanted nails to be done.

Overall, friendly customer service and I got a haircut I was really happy with! I just wish they used a dryer. I was left with wet hair with loose hair strands, but it's windy today so it wasn't a big deal.

I love Splendid! Lynn is fabulous and seems to almost know instinctually what the best style and cut is, and she's efficient but warm and kind while working. I'm easily overwhelmed in big salons - Splendid is the perfect atmosphere for me. Getting my hair cut here feels like getting help from a more stylish and capable friend. And the prices are super reasonable for the quality. If there's another spot in the Bay to get this quality of cut for a price this low, I haven't found it (and I've lived all over the Bay for nearly a decade!).

I had been wanting to do lash extensions for years but didn't know where to start. And then yet again I had the urge to do some research and finally make my dream a reality! From the moment I inquired about the classes until the time I left I felt like I was talking to an old friend. An old friend who really knew her stuff! I didn't feel once like I was going to leave not educated and equipped with the tools and knowledge to start my own lashing business. First let me just say I might be slightly picky about how I prefer to have my hair done. WOW! Keana exceeded my expectations. She's a whiz with color and cut which I was having a hard time finding a stylist/colorist who could master both (it was always one or the other). She offers convenient booking and is just super sweet. The shop is quaint, clean and just right. You could miss it if you blink too long. Tiffanie is a magician. She always figures out exactly what my body needs and I feel so much better after the massage. Days later I am still moving so much better and she gives great tips for small adjustments in posture and stretches that will help long-term. I started coming for prenatal massage and particular issues like sciatica. Tiffanie knew exactly how to address them. She does a great job balancing targeting problem areas and still giving a fantastic whole-body experience. It is definitely an intense, deep massage, but I completely trust Tiffanie's instincts. Also, she is so warm and the space is inviting. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Peter's Skin Art. They were very nice, and professional, not to mention I thought they seemed like pretty down to earth people and very talented. It was a unique experience compared to my other tattoo experiences, but I don't at all mean that in any negative way! I am not quite sure how to describe it, but nonetheless it was a great ink session and I can tell that this is legit and I can't wait to return! I would definitely recommend if you want a quality piece from an all around good time husband and wife business that wants to give you the best tattoo experience from the moment you enter to the second you leave. And lastly, they are very fair about their prices, at least for their art work and dedication.
I asked for 2 dates of significance in Roman numerals and also asked for advice in where the tattoo would look best and I can genuinely say they saw my vision. Devine was my artist and was very gentle behind the ear and neck area and was done in about a hr. Lines are very symmetrical and pop out nicely. She’s very kind and dedicated to what she does for sure. Definitely recommend her.
Prior to coming in for a tattoo I called and was communicating with Claudia. I wanted to send her what I wanted, pricing and verifying their location. Claudia is Awesome! Amazing! She was so patient, professional and sweet. We talked about placement, color and size. Her recommendations were on point. The shop is clean and kept up. I felt very comfortable with her. My tattoo is on a tender part of the arm (for me it was). Claudia continued to check in with me to make sure I was okay. I'm not going to lie, I did sweat a little. After awhile a went numb. When my drain totally backed up, I called Juan, who had been recommended by a neighbor. I called Monday morning, left a message, and Juan showed up Monday afternoon and did 2+ hours of rooter and camera work before he concluded that my lateral line had collapsed and needed replacement. No big surprise since it was 75 years old.
Juan and his crew were polite, friendly, and highly efficient. Even though they are more fluent in Spanish than English, we managed to communicate and Juan is truly bilingual and a first rate person.

I’m a renter and our water heater started to leak all over the floor last Friday evening. I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. Since we are renters, he requested to speak to the owner, and after talking to them he scheduled his crew for next day morning. His team showed up on Saturday morning on time. Water heater was over 20 years old and was not repairable. They covered the floor around the work area and proceeded with replacement. They installed the new heater on the pedestal and added new drain line so it does not flood the floor in the future. Work was done in timely manner. Very happy with their service. Our landlord mentioned that the final bill was also reasonable. Thank you!

Wow! Called this business at 9:45 this Saturday morning to get an estimate on deep cleaning my 8x10 area rug which has been badly soiled by my dogs. Found these guys on FB Market Place. I was searc8ng for carpet samples/remnants. Diego gave me a great price on them and actually loaded them all into the car for us too! I referred my friend to them for an installation job that she has been trying to get done for a long time. His team arrived the very next business day and worked diligently from morning until late afternoon. They skillfully trimmed the dense foliage and removed heavy branches without disturbing our surrounding plants. I am a long time patient of Dr. K. He performed composite/resin fillings on several of my teeth almost 20 years ago. To date my fillings are still holding up and I don't experience any discomfort. Dr. K is experienced and is genuinely a great person, he makes his patients feel comfortable. I'm very confident in Dr. K's dental care and highly recommend him.

I started going to this location about a year ago. Prior to that, I would take them to their sister location of Forever Fun in which I was also very satisfied with the service & care the kids receive.

Dr. Coley is a life saver! I’ve had severe back pain and sciatic nerve pain that Kaiser couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about. It felt like there was no hope and no signs of improvement. My pain was making me quite the pessimist, but now I’m very optimistic that my circumstances will improve thanks to the help I’ve received from The Function! Dr. Coley is very thorough in every appointment and great at educating me on what he’s doing and why. Very grateful and hopeful of a full recovery!
I saw Dr. Jack Hakimian about six years ago. It was a very positive experience but didn’t return until recently because thankfully I was leading a pain free life. Fast forward to 2025. Both my husband and I were having lower back problems. We are both in our 70’s. I got an adjustment from Dr. Jack and walked away a new woman, was SO relieved to have the sciatica in my right hip/leg gone. My husband has Osteoporosis and a long list of other arthritic related problems. I was worried that getting an adjustment might cause some damage given what he’s been told about how brittle his bones. I talked to Dr. Jack about my concerns and he explained that he has different techniques that he uses depending on the person’s needs and assured me that he had never injured anyone in 30 plus years of practice. That gave me the confidence to bring Larry in to see him. We have both experienced improved mobility and less pain from the adjustments but my husband’s situation is more complex than mine. Still hopeful that Dr. Jack can help him but it will take more time.
The treatments are like going to a spa. He has a marvelous massaging table that applies heat and a massage to the spine. Then you are adjusted. After that he uses another magic device, a super massager, to work out any muscle tension. I’ve had chiropractors adjust my neck before and it’s tricky; you have to have a lot of trust and confidence in a chiropractor to let them adjust your neck! I trust Dr. Jack and he did a great job adjusting my neck. Dr. Jack has knowledge AND more importantly years of experience treating many different kinds of problems. He also has a genuine spirit of compassion and desire to help people. It’s a winning combination.
I’ve been to chiropractors before, but I’ve never experienced this level of care! From the friendly front desk staff and welcoming facility to the attentive nurses and skilled doctors, every visit has been a positive one. Most importantly, I’m seeing real improvements in my condition. Highly recommend!

I’ve been having chronic back pain since my mid-20s stemming from injuries and bad posture. I decided to try this clinic out since I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with actual licensed Chiropractors who owned/co-owned their own practice. I suppose there are those who stick to their ways even when over time, advances in clinical practice are made. I figured that going to a school that taught modern chiropractic care would be my next best bet, and I was right!
The senior intern who is currently treating (under the supervision of an experienced, licensed Chiropractor) is Sarah Opper. She is not just someone who decided to become a licensed Chiropractor out of no where. She has several hours of experience working hands on with people from her time working at StretchLab, has her Master’s in Sports Performance and even has a husband who has sustained the same injuries as me (torn ACL, etc.)
Sarah understood the difficulties I faced having to compensate with weight distribution because of my ACL injury and how it could possibly affect my back. Over the course of a few weeks I have felt immediate relief. And the great thing is the relief lasts for more than a day (unlike my previous treatments with licensed Chiropractors). She is easy to talk to, very attentive and has attention to detail making sure that my treatment plan is customized to my specific conditions that I want addressed. If you plan on giving this place a shot, I highly recommend Sarah!

My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!

We were in town for the weekend and brought our dog along. Took him to the beach earlier so I wanted to get him cleaned up before the drive home. My sister's neighbor had mentioned woof and wash so we decided to check it out. They happened to have a last-minute cancellation, which worked out perfectly. Price was super reasonable and I liked that I could talk to the groomer directly. The whole thing took just over an hour - way faster than what we're used to back home. Will definitely swing by again when we're in the area.

Jessica is a very good masseuse and her English is not very good.....which is awesome because I don't feel like having to make conversation while getting a massage. WOW, I never knew that acupuncture works so well. ive only went 2 times, and my feet legs were cramping so painful, but 1 session and i could feel outside 3 toes and could feel the bottom of my foot. went back 1 week later and sameish type of treatment, but now my neck is losing up and walking the distance that usually gets a cramp in my legs but no cramps. on my watermelon thank you list dont know when but the best watermelon for you. thank you for the use of your education . 10/22 24 she is the best of 2024 hands down. if you have pain, arthritis, and cramping, I give you harmony acupuncture. my 60 years of doing things accidents, falls,getting attacked from behind. and so much more, I have talked to my doctors about everything taking tests . they were saying they couldn't see anything, but I hurt August 1 08 every day since but her knowledge of acupuncture she has reduced a lot of discomfort, numbness in my feet, stamina, helping me walk correctly . I've taken physical therapy 3 times to walk , 2000s tedious and slow, but remembering all the exercises. I have doubled my walking distance, and cramping in legs has lessing, but my core muscles were ineffective, not working she cupped my stomach, and they are coming back to life working . it affects my walking sitting standing but now I can feel my core muscles tighting up, not pushing out .sometimes, I would hear sloshing in my stomach liquid moving back and forth inside my gut, but it has changed for the better . thank you, Agatha, you're an angel.

Dr Lillian is amazing!! She takes the time to listen to the challenges you are facing and focuses in on getting you back to where you should be! She is always very pleasant and caring! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I'm a retired veteran with multiple deployments to Afghanistan. In my time in service I received a purple heart for wounds received, and since 2014 I have had back and shoulder issues along with others such as sciatica debilitating at times. I went here because what did I have to lose well I'll tell you for me and my body type the acupuncture worked !!! Not sure how or why don't really care I know that I don't have anymore needles running from my lower back through my buttocks to my feet anymore. The guy is awesome I'd recommend to anyone to give it a try if you have issues. I'll be coming back again from Wa.
Few years ago, I went to Natural Healing FX. Amanda was amazing! The cupping therapy really helped me with my pain from frozen shoulder and I will definitely come again since she is excellent in massaging. The acupuncture she did as well was so effective! I really love it!
Dr Yang's treatment has helped my osteoarthritis pain. I don't think acupuncture can make osteoarthritis go away but it helps ease symptoms.
Dr Lillian Huang is amazing! She is so compassionate and very knowledgeable about Eastern and Western medicine.
My instructor Yona was amazing and gave me great feedback during our 2 hour driving practice session. I now feel much better prepared for my upcoming driver's test!

I passed driving test in the first attempt. I never expected that. I started taking practice classes just one week ago. Mr. Surender used to point out where I was doing mistakes and provided good guidance. He helped me to get an appointment with in a week and ensured to take class before test starts and helped me to minimize my mistakes and getting into that execution mode. Thanks a lot Surender ji.

Everyone from start to finish was amazing! Dave did the zoom class Thursday night really took the time to help make sure everyone knew what to expect and what to bring and super informative on every thing to know the weekend crew skip and Greg we’re just as amazing took the time to make sure everybody knew properly how to ride the bikes and would answer questions whenever someone had one the way they taught the class made it feel like everything was safe when riding in the range and that there wasn’t intentional danger! Highly recommended
