The five stars is strictly for the gentleman who actually came and installed our carpet. they were fantastic and definitely five star!!! They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very quick. They left my house clean, took all the trash, etc. as if they were never there. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend these two guys. As far as the girls in the office...HORRIBLE !! I spoke to two different ladies because we had to clarify an issue and they were extremely RUDE!!!! and could've cared less about the issue we were having. they acted as if they were being bothered !!! We were very pleased with our install of carpeting purchased from Home Depot. The installers (whose names I don't remember) were extremely courteous and helpful, moving the furniture around and cleaning up, including the driveway. They should be commended for their outstanding job. If it helps our install was on November 13, 2023.

Service was very easy, workmen were very professional and tidy. Quality work. Office staff were very on top of the project, very easy to connect with and knowledge about my particular detail. We were in a slight time crunch and they made the job seem less. I would use them again and highly recommend them for anyone's flooring needs. Thanks for a fantastic job!
