What a phenomenal barbershop, Matt is a great guy. I more recently had my haircut done by Matt at his barbershop located in Gorgeous El Dorado Hills. Yesterday my son & I popped in to get his hair cut never been to Mike’s before. They were accommodating & kind, I realized I did not have enough cash and was told just bring the money in another day. I have an allergy to acrylic but I love the look. I wanted to try an alternative called gel builder that they advertised. When I got there, the woman who greeted me didn't quite understand what I was asking nor did she know what gel builder was and another employee had to step in. Ultimately he performed the task and I think he did a great job!
My friends and I give Town Center Nail Salon high scores on service, quality, and vibe. Salon is very clean. Employees are polite, kind, and extra helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. Best massage I have EVER had, and there's never a rush. 5 friends and I booked pedis together, and the manager called in extra staff in order to accommodate us, so that no one felt rushed and we could experience the special treatment together. Nina was especially helpful and friendly, making sure that everyone was given royal treatment!! Services are wide ranging and pedi chairs have cool leg rests that fold out to make it totally relaxing! I'll be returning soon to this great business!
I stopped by Luxury Nails while I was in the area to get my acrylics removed, expecting the usual rough removal I’ve experienced in the past. But to my surprise, the nail technician was incredibly gentle—she carefully drilled them down and had me alternate soaking each hand in acetone. Asked me how I wanted them shaped and kindly told me soaking them takes longer but leaves no damage. The whole process was so pleasant and painless! Everyone there was so kind, and I’m truly grateful for the care they took. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been visiting Nail Chateau for pedicures for over 5 years. I’ve been very happy with the overall quality of my pedicures, and I find the staff to be invariably skilled and pleasant. The owner, Kim, makes an effort to get to know her regular customers and always welcomes me in. The nail salon is kept very clean, and is an attractive, comfortable environment.

I was visiting home from out of town and decided to get a Groupon to get a wax. This was my first wax of any kind and I was pretty nervous. However, Voula was very good about texting me back about appointment availability and then once I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and made it feel like such a normal experience! It was still a bit painful (naturally!)but not nearly as bad as I imagined and it was overall such a great experience. She also has a numbing spray to use to reduce the pain as much as possible! 10/10 recommend Voula! So sweet and very professional.

Very nice lady, very good work. But I was not expecting for only the top to be done. I paid $50 more than I usually pay and it was only the top. She only does the top, you cannot even pay extra for the bottom. So you are left with the top looking good but the bottom looks undone. Uneven look.

We had service repair through our home warranty with Harris Plumbing. The phone operators were easy to chat with and kept us updated. The company sends you their GPS so you do have an idea when they are near & even then Randy, our technician, also kept us updated. Randy is great. Instead of selling a full water heater replacement, he determined the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in days fixing our water heater. I'm glad our home warranty covered his service, we ended up only needing to pay $85. I appreciate he was transparent about the issues & solution. He was friendly and respectful. I would definitely reach out to them again & request Randy with any future issues, home warranty covered or not. Thanks for your help!

Levi, who was the project architect, is exceptional. I had specific requirements for post holders, and I was not sure if such post holders even existed. To my amazement, Levi was not only familiar but suggested a specific make/model that met my needs. As the project progressed, I thought of other enhancements, and Stacy teamed up with Ryan to accommodate my last-minute requests. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Hughes Landscape is competitively priced, but their execution of the project puts them head and shoulders above the competition, making my landscape among the best in town. After many, many months of design and planning, we were introduced to Randy by our landscape designer. As originally planned, the project was well above our budget. Randy and the designer (Geoff Andrews) came over one evening, sat with my wife and I, and helped to find ways to make adjustments and cuts to the original scope to get the project within budget but also to where we would love the end result. We signed a contract that night and Randy got to work the following week. We were doing an entire backyard renovation including pouring all new concrete, removing changes in elevation, and adding an outdoor kitchen. Demo was FAST and if not for nonstop rain, we probably would have been done with the remodel sooner as well. Over the 6 months we worked with Randy, there were a few times where we discussed adjustments to our original plan that he felt incremental cost would drastically improve the quality of the end result and we are SO glad we listened to his advice. There were other times where he felt we had some unnecessary changes and where we could SAVE money. In the end, the additions weren't quite offset by the omissions, but the tradeoffs were well worth it. The end result is a masterpiece and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Randy, Tim, Cowboy Ron, and the entire crew.

Josh and Viridity 3D designed and created a incredible landscape plan for our house. The previous owners didnt have much of anything in the back or side yards and the front driveway and yard was dated and nothing to speak of. We faced a tricky landscape as we sit on a hill that slants not only front to back but also left to right. Josh came in and created a unbelievable vision for the entire property-front, side and back. He was timely with his appointments, thoughtful in his designs and had great communication throughout the process. He was very responsive to our questions and feedback and continue to construct the design after each meeting. They were very patient and answered lots of questions over the phone and I decided to go with sod because I wanted my dogs to be able to get on it sooner.
They were able to work with me so that I could have the area all prepped and their guys would lay it down in place.
The price was better than anyone else that gave quotes. His crew was very friendly and professional. They were on time and stayed until the job was done.
After install I had a little bit of trouble with some of the sod dying out when the temperature was over 107 here in Cameron Park. Happened while I was on vacation.
They stood behind their work and handled my concerns without pushing back. I had replacement sod delivered right away.

Dr. Funada has a lighter touch than any dentist I’ve been to, and he explains everything in a clear, straightforward way, and always gives you options so you can make the choice that feels right. I’ve been going to Dr. Simms for a few years now, and he has helped my chronic back problems so much. Working as a dog groomer means I’m on my feet all day and constantly lifting heavy dogs, which has really taken a toll on my back over the years. I know my back will probably never be 100% because of the physical nature of my work, but Dr. Simms has made a huge difference in helping me manage the pain and stay functional.
What I really appreciate is that he always takes the time to explain the stretches and exercises I should be doing daily to help alleviate the pain and prevent things from getting worse. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients long term, not just giving a quick adjustment and sending them out the door.
On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, and his entire team is amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’d also highly recommend getting a massage there as well. Overall, such a great experience every time and I’m very grateful to have found them.

Took my golden doodle Layla The Dog House pet salon and I’m obsessed with how she turned out! ?✨ She looks so cute, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. You can tell they really care about the pets and take their time making them look amazing. Layla came home happy, soft, and smelling so good. Our GSD/Boxer mix got a wonderful bath and nail trim today! This was our first visit, and the ladies working there were very friendly. She was finished in an hour and I was given a call right away to come pick her up. She even smells great and got a cute little trick-or-treat bandana. Price for the bath and trim were reasonable and worthwhile. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve never had a better massage than with Gary. He is so kind and pays close attention to what your body is saying and he takes precious time to make sure that you feel comfortable and so wonderful during and afterwards. I’ve had many sessions with him and I always feel very relaxed and sleep so well that night.
I almost fell asleep on his massage table today and I believe I did because I think I woke myself up snoring lightly! Haha! He told me I wasn’t snoring, but he’s so kind, he probably didn’t want to embarrass me. lol I have a pain disorder and he has just the right touch. I wouldn’t mind it a bit deeper tissue, but I’m sure my body would be hating me the next day.
Gary is amazing and I highly recommend him to all! In fact my hubby is going to be getting a massage with Gary next Wednesday. Thank you for everything Gary!
I had a great experience with Drea. What really stood out was how attentive she was to my body's needs. She applied deeper pressure where I needed it most and used lighter pressure in more sensitive areas, rather than using the same amount of pressure everywhere. She was also able to find the knots and tension in my muscles and work them out effectively. I left feeling much better and noticeably more relaxed. Highly recommend Drea to anyone looking for a skilled and intuitive massage therapist!

Adina came highly recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I decided to see her. I had been struggling with chronic stress and anxiety that were affecting my day-to-day life, and from my first visit I felt comfortable, heard, and supported.
I was actually very nervous because I’m afraid of needles, but Adina immediately put me at ease. I barely felt anything during treatment and was surprised by how relaxed I became — I even fell asleep.
After starting care with her, I noticed improvements in my sleep, digestion, energy, and overall well-being. I still have a demanding job and deal with stress daily, but acupuncture and lifestyle changes (recommended by Adina) have made a huge difference for me. I’m incredibly grateful I took the chance and would highly recommend Adina to anyone considering acupuncture, especially first-timers.
My husband and I go to see George and all the pain, pinch nerve pain and numbness completely goes away. He is amazing and we drive all the way from Lincoln to see him. It takes us an hour to get there one way.
