“I’ve been going to Dr. Simms for a few years now, and he has helped my chronic back problems so much. Working as a dog groomer means I’m on my feet all day and constantly lifting heavy dogs, which has really taken a toll on my back over the years. I know my back will probably never be 100% because of the physical nature of my work, but Dr. Simms has made a huge difference in helping me manage the pain and stay functional.

What I really appreciate is that he always takes the time to explain the stretches and exercises I should be doing daily to help alleviate the pain and prevent things from getting worse. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his patients long term, not just giving a quick adjustment and sending them out the door.

On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, and his entire team is amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I’d also highly recommend getting a massage there as well. Overall, such a great experience every time and I’m very grateful to have found them.“
