Casa Bella Facials and Waxing

I was visiting home from out of town and decided to get a Groupon to get a wax. This was my first wax of any kind and I was pretty nervous. However, Voula was very good about texting me back about appointment availability and then once I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and made it feel like such a normal experience! It was still a bit painful (naturally!)but not nearly as bad as I imagined and it was overall such a great experience. She also has a numbing spray to use to reduce the pain as much as possible! 10/10 recommend Voula! So sweet and very professional.

Voula is FANTASTIC! I'm kind of a baby when it comes to waxing, but I had a great experience. Voula is very professional and easy to talk to. She uses high quality products and her studio is super cute! The vibe is very warm and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Voula! You're an angel!

It was still a bit painful (naturally!)but not nearly as bad as I imagined and it was overall such a great experience.
