“I called Lucero’s Roofing to fix a leak by our chimney. They provided a bid for the repair but as this was the second leak on a 25+ year roof we requested a bid to replace. There was no pressure from the owner, Eric or his son Jacob to go this route but really glad we did. The demo revealed quite a bit of rot and areas that would leak soon if not already doing so.

A roof replacement is expensive but once you see the amount of work that goes into it, you see why. The process took a little over a week and was pretty non-stop. The foreman, Ricardo, was a rock star. The crew were so kind and respectful of the property. Eric and Jacob continually visited to see progress firsthand and make sure we had no concerns.

Really happy we picked Lucero for this project. Working with a local family company with the amount of knowledge and experience they have is awesome. They are very reasonably priced and have done everything they could to ensure we were happy. The new roof is beautiful and more importantly will keep the house dry. When we picked out the tile, the supplier told us we picked one of the best roofers in the area. At the end of the process this is no surprise.“

“We thought Ricardo and his team fixed our roof which happened on 7/10/2024. Then on the first heavey rain of 11/22/2024 we got leaks in both our guest room (celing and side walls) and family room (Adjacent with Guest room). My husband checked the 1st floor gutter which was overflowing and found the downspot was filled with lots of Moss and Dirt that previous team shoved through which blocked the water flow and was not cleaned properly (my Husband Cleaned it).
