One customer suggests less noise in the hallways during sessions. Facials and massages have received positive feedback. The front desk staff are competent, answer phones promptly, and complete check-outs quickly. The business remained open during much of the pandemic and has become more accessible as people return to their home locations.
It had been a while since I’ve had a facial and Jennifer made me realize how much I miss them. The atmosphere was great, calming and soothing. The facial was everything I expected and needed! Jennifer was fantastic!
Lindsey is a fantastic masseuse. I am very happy with her and I will continue using her! However, I was not very happy with your front desk staff! Not very welcoming or friendly! Especially Ashley who brought me in to use your Red light therapy. She asked if I ever tried before, which I answered this was my first time. She then rushed through how to use it and left me. Nothing about using the robe on the door and carrying out my clothes and going back in the waiting area., which was uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a tote bag for your clothes and someone waiting outside to take you directly into the massage room.
Patrick listens to me and covers the areas I want worked on. He can do really firm pressure for 90 minutes, impressive. He wasn’t afraid to give me the pressure I need, he did check in with me several times to be sure I liked the depth. I’ve seen him several times now and I plan on more massages with him. Nice, clean environment and the value (if you are a member) is pretty good.
