Harlan Hardesty was the landscape architect who drew up the very detailed plans, and Randy Gove helped to scale it down to fit our budget. We are thrilled with the results! Our yard is not only more beautiful, but there is much more useable outdoor space for our family to enjoy, and it is safer for us as we age in place. There was good communication throughout the project, and Randy came by to check on things nearly every day. Randy’s crews were respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. It has been about one year since completion, and the follow up has been as promised. Some plants inevitably don’t make it, and they were replaced as soon as weather conditions allowed. “Great quality densely grassed sod. The same price with delivery included as local big box store. Pretty sure the 3 pallets were cut that morning and didn't sit out like local big box. It's 6 month's later and the stuff is still thick and dense and feels great under bare feet.“

“Josh and Viridity 3D designed and created a incredible landscape plan for our house. The previous owners didnt have much of anything in the back or side yards and the front driveway and yard was dated and nothing to speak of. We faced a tricky landscape as we sit on a hill that slants not only front to back but also left to right. Josh came in and created a unbelievable vision for the entire property-front, side and back. He was timely with his appointments, thoughtful in his designs and had great communication throughout the process. “If you want a very professional landscape job done right, Greenheart Landscaping is the company you should choose. Suzette runs this business in an extremely orderly and precise way. From my initial conversation with Suzette, you could tell she was very knowledgeable in her field. She asked the right questions and made suggestions in order for my yards to be what I wanted them to be. She even suggested addresses to go look at to see which type of landscaping I really wanted. This made this much easier to make my choices.Once the job began, she was on sight to manage what had to be done. Suzette is very easy to speak and work with. She lets you know exactly what is going to happen, and the approximate time it will take. Her crew is top notch. They are always on time, and are very hard working. They too know exactly what they are doing, and do incredible work. I am somewhat picky about what needs to be done, but I never had a worry about what was being done. “I wanted to give a real shout out to Jay and his team for the amazing work he did on my yard installing a low water sprinkler system and redoing the old configuration of my 1938 house lawn in land park. I needed him to comply with the city requirements to get a water rebate. His quote came in a bit high but he was willing to bring it down in consideration of other bids Igor. His crew is very professional and good. Super hard working. They even had to deal with a broken pipe from a poorly placed fence that broke the water pipe. The worker dug out the concrete and fixed the pipe and reinstalled the fence stake, and removed the heavy concrete. He even extended the water out to a street stop area beyond where it was before. Jay worked with the city to submit documents and I passed inspection shortly thereafter qualifying for a $400 rebate! Great job.“
