Bob was always responsive, willing to listen to my concerns, and made sure everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. Even after the project was completed, a few plants didn’t survive the hot El Dorado Hills weather (despite proper watering). Bob quickly replaced them (including Italian Cypress) as part of their aftercare service, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
