“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together.
