While he was up on the roof, he went above and beyond—he blew off all the leaves, including the gutters and downspouts, saving her about $200 in gutter cleaning costs! It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of initiative and pride in their work. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism and look forward to receiving the roof bid. We are so in love with our newborn photos of Jack. Even though his session was a bit delayed (he made his grand entrance early and spent several weeks in the NICU), Katherine was absolutely incredible. She welcomed us in when Jack was 9 weeks old and still managed to capture all the sweet, sleepy newborn magic...she truly is the baby whisperer!
Her cozy little studio is like a dreamland of adorable props, soft blankets, and the tiniest outfits you've ever seen. She even had the exact hat and tail we needed to create our dream “Where the Wild Things Are” photo. Watching her work was like witnessing baby zen in action. So calm and so patient.
We are beyond grateful for the beautiful memories she gave us. If you're considering booking, DO IT. She's pure magic.

We had bayshore out to paint our house, The whole crew was very friendly and professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would, they cleaned up after themselves every day. They did a great job painting and helped us decide what would look the best with colors and trim. They definitely didn’t seem to rush the job all the way till the end. We highly recommend using them.

Anna came to our house yesterday and we had a great experience. She was patient and knowledgeable, she helped us with our bernedoodle Neo. The next day Neo took my shoes and I was able to get them back without a fight! That was a big win for me! When he started to get mouthy I followed her advice, I had no issue he stopped immediately. I will continue to work with Neo and he is very receptive to the training techniques Anna showed me. Very happy! Thank you Anna! PS. I took Neo to the park took him off leash he played with 5 other dogs no aggression, when I was ready to leave no issue putting his leash on and a nice walk home.

Love Double Dub construction they did a major remodel for us, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, flooring, paint. They did it all! They were prompt, tidy and paid attention to detail. We had bad experiences with contractors in the past but Will restored our confidence. I would highly recommend!

Within a more than reasonable time, Christal had responded with questions, picture requests and a solution. Having someone respond on a Sunday is impressive alone, yet she was willing to go above and beyond to help us and get a resolution quickly! First thing, Monday morning, she and her assistant were out with the correct parts, fixed the problem and we were back in business! Talk about efficiency! Very impressed with Christal and Bright Water Pool Services! 10/10 would recommend! Don't waste your time with anyone else, literally!
I sent Thomas Home Improvement a message on Thumbtack asking about driveway extensions and building a deck. They were professional and quick about their response, offering to work with me to do an online estimate or an in person estimate. We ended up hiring them to build a rather large deck out of Trex, and to pour a strip of concrete to extend our driveway. They were able to schedule the job quickly, and finished the whole thing in a week and a half! The best thing about working with them was that Jacob always checked in with me to prompt questions about the work he was doing. He would ask me to look around at the progress, and email him questions or concerns so that he could call me and address them, even if it was something we had already planned on doing. We absolutely love the result and we'd hire them again, no question.
I have been using Highlander as a pest company since I moved to Placerville. Jennifer is my tech and she is patient, nice, and takes the time to do everything right. I know she has other properties to service, but she doesn't rush the job just to get to the next one, she is excellent.
Their pricing is also extremely reasonable.

Susan gave me my pedicure and was great! She was clean, calm, and tidy in her work. Not rushed or messy. Easy to understand her directions. Very gentle. A fantastic leg and foot massage— the best yet!
She did a wonderful job! And—she removed the old gels without soaking them in toxic chemicals. (So bad for you!) She just buffed them off!

This office was INCREDIBLE!!! They were so attentive and loving. You could tell they really cared about our animals and cried with us when we had to let our cat go. They were attentive and made us feel like we were the only clients. They went above and beyond to treat our beloved cat and did everything in their power for her. I will never stop recommending them.
