I called Explorer Pest Management because of those darn outdoor roaches getting into my office. The technician, Xavier was professional and informative. He went out of his way to explain what was going and why all of a sudden, we had this problem. He treated the area and within the day we started seeing a reduction of bugs. He texted me prior to the follow up service and worked around a schedule change with ease. The pricing is reasonable considering that it worked!Services: Spider extermination

Explorer Pest Management is a great company. But, their tech Jason is a great, he communicates well with staff and tenants with a positive attitude. His knowledge is vast in the world of bugs..... and can always be counted on to come up with creative ways to communicate that knowledge with us all. I personally find him to be professional and this man knows his profession. If you want a good job with a pleasant demeanor Jason is the Tech to request.
