Very good classes and instructors, I just did the "Y6 Sculpt & Flow" there was also a few men in there not all women which was nice, the instructor really pushed me and I felt sooo good at the end of class such a great rush! Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and clean studio..what more can you ask for!?

What a beautiful addition to our community! Excellent instructors, a beautiful facility, and a lot of classes to fit any schedule! New to yoga, seasoned yogi, Y6EDH has classes for every skill level and instructors that will meet you where you are at in your practice. Don't be afraid to try it, this is a special place offering great support for everyone, no matter where they're at in their yoga journey. Give it a try, you won't forget it!

I really enjoyed the slow & Flow class today with Phoebe. It was a great pace, I liked how we held the pose a little longer, feeling a little more stretch. The room was very comfortable, the air was fresh. I didn't feel like I couldn't breathe due to excessive heat. I'm looking forward tomorrow trying the different style of classes
