“I started my journey with acupuncture in 1975 while residing in Santa Cruz. It has helped me with allergies, back pain, grieving, arthritis, and headaches. When I moved to the foothills ten years ago I had a lot of trouble finding a knowledgeable, seasoned, practitioner until I saw Adina. I have been her patient since 2014. She has helped me with so many health issues, keeping me out of the doctors office for the most part. She continually improves her knowledge in this field, treating sports injuries as well as many other ailments and preventative care. She has extensive knowledge of Chinese herbs as well as access to other quality herbs to augment her treatments. She is very intuitive, knowing just what to do for my health issue at the time.
