“Emily was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and understood I was open to suggestions. I'm a strong believer that hair is just hair and it'll grow back, so I'm open to a lot of things. My only downside was that I was on time to my appointment and she was running behind. Was not a problem for me though, I had just gotten off work and appreciated the down-time. They felt bad and had another stylist wash my hair before their next appointment came in so that Emily had time to finish up her client. All in all, I would go here again, I like the laid-back experience.“

I’ve been seeing Tonya consistently for a year and she has completely transformed my skin. When I first started seeing her, I was struggling with “adult acne” that felt impossible to get under control. Through her knowledge, consistency, and personalized approach, she helped me regain confidence in my skin in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible.

Recently, after moving out of state and dealing with inevitable environmental changes, stress, and all the things that come with a major life transition, my skin began flaring up again. What amazes me is that Tonya has continued to be there for me every step of the way. Even being hundreds of miles away! Tonya has the sweetest soul and a calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. Her energy radiates kindness, warmth, and calm, and somehow you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived!

Care:
If she hasn’t stood out enough yet, this is where Tonya truly stands out. She listens. She remembers. She cares. You never feel like just another appointment on her schedule…(and working in the beauty industry myself I know how rare that is to find) She takes the time to answer questions, explain what she’s doing, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported. Her level of care extends far beyond the treatment room. She’s the type of person who goes out of her way for her clients and I can say firsthand that she has done that for me countless times.

Expertise:
I trust Tonya completely. In fact, whenever I’m back home, I go out of my way to schedule with her, and she goes out of her way to get me in. Even when I was living in california, I drove 2 hours to be seen by her! I’ve been hesitant to find someone in my new state because the standard she has set is incredibly high. When you’ve experienced that level of expertise, dedication, and care, it’s hard to settle for anything less.

Long story short, Tonya has given me confidence in my skin. And even when my skin goes through difficult phases, I don’t panic anymore because I trust her. I know she’ll help me figure it out. That peace of mind alone is worth everything.
