I stumbled across this business after striking out with the other major box stores. I was looking for a simple price sister cartridge replace one in the kitchen.After driving across town to the other stores, I use Google and found this storefront.I walked in, and immediately upon entry, I was greeted by two kind of gentleman. One of them escorted me to where the part would be, and assisted in locating the item. Five minutes after walking into the store, I found the part I needed to make the repair at home.Both men mentioned this was their third week at this location , and I gave them my word. We had our water heater go out and we were in search of a plumber to install a new one. Our house is an older model and right away Steve informed us that we would need a tankless water heater . He was able to talk us through the process over the phone Right away I can tell that we were 100% going to be going with Harris plumbing. He informed me that Jacob would be stopping by to check out the old water heater . Right away Jacob was very polite and respectful. Kitchen remodel - new counters and faucet. Originally, HD quoted us a pretty high amount for a sink/dishwasher disconnect and reconnect. I know that often the sub contractors are getting less when using a big box store. I needed to find one to talk with. I called Harris Plumbing after a referral from a friend, and Steve walked me through the process. We discusses timing and cost. He was transparent from the start.
