When I got there, the woman who greeted me didn't quite understand what I was asking nor did she know what gel builder was and another employee had to step in. Ultimately he performed the task and I think he did a great job!“

“I stopped by Luxury Nails while I was in the area to get my acrylics removed, expecting the usual rough removal I’ve experienced in the past. But to my surprise, the nail technician was incredibly gentle—she carefully drilled them down and had me alternate soaking each hand in acetone. Asked me how I wanted them shaped and kindly told me soaking them takes longer but leaves no damage. The whole process was so pleasant and painless! Everyone there was so kind, and I’m truly grateful for the care they took. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning!“

Best massage I have EVER had, and there's never a rush. 5 friends and I booked pedis together, and the manager called in extra staff in order to accommodate us, so that no one felt rushed and we could experience the special treatment together. Nina was especially helpful and friendly, making sure that everyone was given royal treatment!!
