I was unfortunately running late after getting lost that morning, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Dr. Umeda was thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. Unlike past eye exams where I felt rushed into a general prescription, he took the time to understand my daily needs and occupation. Since I spend long hours drafting in AutoCAD, working at a computer, and reading, he carefully tailored my prescription to support screen time and reading rather than overprescribing for distance vision that I didn’t truly need.

I appreciated how detailed and observant he was throughout the exam, which gave me peace of mind. Afterward, the staff also helped me choose frames that suited my face shape and style, and recommended lenses to reduce glare and blue light from computer screens.
