“My husband and I had our annual eye exams, and we've always received such great service at Warby Parker, we keep coming back. Dr. Patel was absolutely fantastic, and I truly can't recommend her enough. She was kind and friendly and also very professional (she'd actually read our charts and knew our vision history). She answered all our questions and made the experience a truly enjoyable one. We both ended up purchasing glasses, and Blake was an incredible sales associate...he had wonderful insights on which frames looked best with our face shapes and helped us without pushing us to spend more money than we'd planned. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Blake and hope they'll both be there when we go back for exams next year.”
“My case is quite complicated, and Dr Helen Cheng, Rita, Konnie and Amanda all were very patient and did a fantastic job helping me figure out the most suitable solution. The only complaint I have is the limited selections of the frames they carry (hence the deduction of the one star), but they took their time to help me pick one out. Overall highly recommended!”

“I started to see Dr Trinh few years back. She is the only few optometrists takes my insurance when I retired and switched to low cost insurance. I am pretty happy with the office. The registration is simple since they keep the history of last visit. I also like the prompt of being seen by the Dr Trinh. She is very efficient with the exam so no time is wasted. Today visit, Dr. Trinh has new machine to take picture of my eyes. It is much easier to see the picture while she explains what my eyes status. Even with my low cost insurance the office do have the reading glasses for me without paying any additional fees.”
